TNT Women's Gymnastics Teams
Here at TNT, we are proud to offer a competitive Women's Gymnastics team. Team season begins in June and renews at the end of May. Team gymnastics is a full-year-round commitment.

GymStars
6 Years and Up
Competition team for recreational programs.
Practices times are 1 hour rec class and 3 hour GymStar practice per week.
NGA
Comprised of Levels 1-10
NGA competitive program offers an all-optional program with different skill and level requirements for each of the fourteen skill levels. It is designed to combine all levels of competitive gymnastics into one program.
Practice times vary from 9-20 hours per week depending on the level


USAG Compulsory
Top Notch USAG Team is Comprised of Levels 1-5
This consists of Levels 1 through 5. These levels are progressive in nature, building upon the skills required at the previous level. Competitive opportunities are provided up to and including the USA Gymnastics State Championships.
Practice time varies from 6-16 hours per week depending on the level.
USAG Optional Team
Top Notch Optionals Team is Comprised of USAG Levels 6-10
The Women's Optional Developmental Program is comprised of Levels 6-10. The athlete can choose from a variety of skills to showcase through a specialized routine specific to the athlete.
Practice time varies from 16-20 hours per week depending on level.

ELITE
Invite Only
The Elite Program is designed to provide competitive experiences for athletes aspiring to be on the National Team. An elite athlete is defined as any international level gymnast who starts the first Optional event at a Classic competition.
Practice times vary at 32 hours per week depending on level.


Early Optional Development Program (EODP)
Invite Only
The Early Optional Development Program is designed for dedicated athletes who are eager to advance their gymnastics skills and progress toward the optional track. This program provides a focused, supportive environment where athletes can get additional practice and exposure to higher-level skills while reinforcing the strong foundation needed for success. The goal is to accelerate their development, ensuring they build the proper technique, strength, and form required for more advanced routines. Through tailored training and individual progress tracking, the EODP prepares athletes to to transition into the optional track sooner.
Practice time includes one 4 hour practice a week, in additional to their normal team training hours
