We missed a class — how many makeups can we do?

Each active TNT student receives one makeup per 30 days. The makeup token expires 30 days after it is issued.

Our schedule changed — can I switch days?

Absolutely! You may change classes at any time as long as we have availability. Call us at (470) 942-4464 or use the Parent Portal.

How do I cancel classes?

Complete our Withdrawal Form before the 15th of the month (or at least two weeks before the 1st of the following month). We do not offer partial refunds for months your child does not fully attend.

Is there a discount for siblings?

Yes — we offer 10% off tuition for the second child. Siblings must be enrolled under the same account.

What are your business hours?

Office hours are Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

How do I renew my child's classes?

Log into the Parent Portal and enroll in your preferred class level. Please update any contact or billing information that has changed.

Can I get a full or partial refund?

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, nor do we provide partial credits for attending only part of a month. In certain situations we may offer class or camp credit — contact our Business Manager, Mariel, at (470) 859-0743 or mariel@tntgym.org.
